Why we built Nexus Connect
Indian businesses run on WhatsApp. Not email, not Slack, not ticketing systems — WhatsApp. The CA firm reminding clients about tax deadlines, the D2C brand taking orders, the clinic confirming appointments — they are all doing it on WhatsApp already.
But they are doing it with the basic WhatsApp Business app, scattered across personal phones, with no automation, no AI, no analytics, and no way to scale. They know they need a platform, but the platforms available are either too expensive, too complex, or too shallow.
We built Nexus Connect to be the platform they actually need: deep enough for enterprise workflows, simple enough for a 5-person team, and priced for Indian businesses. Meta Technology Partner. Real AI — not a keyword matcher. Real commerce — not just chat.
